The story so far

Over the last year, Building Your Future Hospitals (BYFH) has been looking at the hospital designs again, to bring them in line with Hospital 2.0 – the national hospital blueprint set out by the Government’s New Hospital Programme – and to respond to the previous feedback we received from the local community.

Additionally a series of improvement projects at our existing sites have also been completed, and a number of others are underway, including plans for an electronic patient record at Epsom and St Helier and a new state-of-the-art specialist renal facility at St George’s that will bring together inpatient renal services.

For more information about the plans we presented in 2021, please download a copy of our previous consultation brochure here.
